1. Our facility has a segregated area for returned goods and segregated area for damaged product.
2. Any discrepancies for handling inventory shrinkage and product damage are notified in writing immediately to the client.
3. Re-stock of returned products (end trial) are available upon receipt of the client written instruction
4. Procedures for product inspections and restocking are available.
5. Product destruction of returned used/unused IMP after the trial upon client request against a log is available.
6. The storage of client products is controlled within the warehouse; IMPs are maintained under lock and key against a movement      log. Access is permitted only to a limited & listed staff
